All this studying and reading are to a point.

Learning about you.  How do you write? What are you comfortable writing? What do you want to write?

Learn how to break boundaries, extend yourself beyond your comfort zone.  Learn to grow as a person and as a writer.  If journaling helps, and it does for most writers, then journal.

Whether you choose formal education, a brick and mortar school or creating your own, learn. Don’t stop learning.  Learn about your world, your interests, everything.

This holds true for everyone, even non-writers.  (I don’t believe there is such a thing as a non-writer.  I think we all have that within us, we just choose to ignore it.) Learning is something we do without effort, it is like breathing – we forget that we do it.

Learning is one of the best assets in life.
